Social Media Manager

We are looking for a Social Media Manager who can enhance our brand and build strong online communities through our various social media platforms. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and administering social media content that is designed to engage users and create an interactive relationship between consumers and the company. The successful candidate will also be required to collect and review social media data to develop more effective campaigns.


Job Summary

  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop social media campaigns that help to achieve corporate marketing goals

  • Develop monthly reports on emerging social media trends that will be submitted to the management and executive teams

  • Monitor the company’s social media accounts and offer constructive interaction with users

  • Create methods for finding and saving online customer reviews

  • Analyze the long-term needs of the company’s social media strategy and offer quarterly reports to the management and executive teams that outline any necessary changes to the digital marketing plan

Loan Processor

We are interested in expanding our capacity to provide mortgage loans to home buyers, and we are looking for an experienced Loan Processor to join our team. The successful applicant will be responsible for accurately managing residential and commercial real estate loan documentation, and reviewing it to ensure it is completed in full and complies with current banking regulations and policies.


Job summary

  • Review initial loan approval and work with borrower to gather appropriate documentation

  • Collect all required documentation for the loan package

  • Create a loan submission package for the Underwriting department

  • Submit files to assigned Underwriter

  • Satisfy all conditions when received from Underwriter

  • Ensure that approval falls within the established lending guidelines

  • Communicate with other professionals, including attorneys, county clerks and title companies

Loan Officer

The Loan Officer will be responsible for discussing client’s needs, recommending the best loan products, helping customers put together a complete loan package and working with the underwriting team throughout the loan process. The ideal candidate also has experience managing home equity loans, home equity lines of credit, mortgage refinancing and other bank products.

Job summary

  • Meet with customers to determine their needs and recommend the right loan products to help meet their goals

  • Maintain an active knowledge base of all of the organization’s loan products and an understanding of the qualifications required of each applicant

  • Identify and recommend products that meets the customer’s needs and the organization’s lending guidelines

  • Review active loan files each day to determine if any documents are missing or what can be done to help the process along

  • Utilize professional judgement to determine which potential borrowers represent good risk opportunities for the organization
