海洋生物學

? ? ? 龔駿,1977年生(sheng)。中山(shan)大學“百人計劃”教授,博(bo)士生(sheng)導師(shi)。主(zhu)要從事海洋微生物生態與物質循環、微型生物多樣(yang)性研究。近年來,著重利用一系列現代分(fen)(fen)子生(sheng)(sheng)態學技術( 高通量測(ce)序、熒光原(yuan)位雜交、群(qun)落(luo)指紋圖譜、定量PCR、基因文庫與(yu)系統(tong)進(jin)化(hua)(hua)分(fen)(fen)析(xi)、組學分(fen)(fen)析(xi)等(deng))、流式細胞檢測(ce)、單細胞分(fen)(fen)析(xi)及生(sheng)(sheng)物地化(hua)(hua)過程的(de)穩定同位素示(shi)蹤技術等(deng),研究人類(lei)活動及全球變(bian)化(hua)(hua)背(bei)景下河口、鹽沼、近海環(huan)境中原(yuan)核(he)與(yu)真核(he)微生(sheng)(sheng)物(原(yuan)生(sheng)(sheng)生(sheng)(sheng)物、單細胞真菌)多樣性與(yu)群(qun)落(luo)結構、物質循環(huan)功能(neng)類(lei)群(qun)的(de)變(bian)化(hua)(hua)規律;試圖揭(jie)示(shi)近海微生(sheng)(sheng)物與(yu)其驅動的(de)碳、氮、硫元素生(sheng)(sheng)物地球化(hua)(hua)學過程間的(de)耦(ou)合機(ji)制(zhi)及與(yu)生(sheng)(sheng)態系統(tong)功能(neng)變(bian)化(hua)(hua)之間的(de)關(guan)系、海洋微食(shi)物環(huan)中原(yuan)生(sheng)(sheng)生(sheng)(sheng)物與(yu)細菌之間的(de)相互作(zuo)用(捕(bu)食(shi)與(yu)共生(sheng)(sheng))等(deng)。迄今在Environ. Microbiol., J. Geophys. Res., Appl. Environ. Microbiol., Protist, Front. Microbiol., Syst. Appl. Microbiol.,?Estuar. Coast.? 等國內外學術刊物上發(fa)表(biao)論文(wen)100余篇(pian),其中SCI收錄90篇(pian);參加專著2部;譯著《生物海洋學(第二版)》(2019)。

?????Prof. Gong's?research interests mainly include:

???? (1) diversity, ecology and biogeography of marine microbial eukaryotes (protists and fungi);

???? (2) protist-bacterial associations and underlying mechanisms; and

???? (3) linking microbial ecology with biogeochemical (in particular, nitrogen) cycling functions in coastal and marine environments.
